Q: How can I join VOSH-Illinois?
A: Annual dues
can be mailed to VOSH-Illinois Chapter, 6209 W. 95th St, Oak Lawn,
Illinois, 60453. Please find the needed forms on the Forms page. Annual membership levels are as follows:
Basic: $25 for individual/$40 for family
Silver: $50 for individual/$80
for family-Receive Nylon Tote Bag
Gold: $100
for individual/$160 for family-Receive Lapel Pin
Platinum: $250 for individual/ $400 for family-Receive Plaque for Office
Visionaries' Inner Circle: $300 and above for individual/ $450 and
above for family-Receive Nylon Tote Bag, Lapel Pin,
Plaque for Office and recognition on our website
